Course day.

Each day will consist of the required 3 contact hours. Start Time 1530hrs end time 1900hrs. , breaks and refreshments. Each course is classroom based with some practical work. Candidates should wear Suitable clothing for first aid practicals.

Food, Refreshments.

Light refreshments of tea & coffee etc. May be provided at suitable periods throughout the course.

Training material

Training material will be provided during the course, it is suggested that you bring a notebook and pen.
