Booked Emergency First Aid at Work
Course day.
The day will consist of the required 6 contact hours. Delegates must be signed in and seated 5 minutes before the start of the course.
Start Time 0900hrs end time 1630hrs. This will allow for 1 1/2 hour to be split throughout the day for Lunch, breaks and refreshments And any Covid related task.
Delegates who are not present during the health and safety briefing at 0900hrs will not be able to join or continue on the course.
Each course is classroom based with some practical work which may be outside.
Training material
Training material will be provided during the course, it is suggested that you bring a notebook and pen.
Food, Refreshments.
Light refreshments of tea & coffee etc. May be provided at suitable periods throughout the day

Disabilities, complaints, diversity and H&S
All information will be explained by the trainer at the opening welcome but it is reminded that First aiders should be physically able to demonstrate their competencies, all learning outcomes must be achieved to successfully gain the qualification.
Candidates should wear Suitable clothing and footwear for first aid practicals.
Any disabilities, injures or special learning needs that may effect learning or require reasonable adjustments to be made, must be notified in writing to VTS 7 days before the start of the course.
Candidates should wear Suitable clothing and footwear for first aid practicals for inside and outside. The training will require you to lay or roll on the floor and kneel down to preform CPR
This course requires close contact with other delegates and first aid manikins and contains videos and images of injuries appropriate to the subject.Booked Emergency First Aid at Work
